The best way to get traffic is to position yourself in the search engines using methods such as fresh content, keyword rich domains and inbound links via submitting original articles to article sites. The other is paid advertising such as pay-per click and banner advertising. When you post a free help wanted ad or job posting you will need to follow a simple formula for success.

Here is a straight forward example of how this works:

"I am looking for a web designer to design me a site similar to yourwebsite (dot) com. I want it to pretty much match the exact layout as that site has. The entire site will have about the same number of pages as the example site. Please get back to me with an estimate asap. Thanks in advance."

Post as many of these job postings on as many job sites as you can. Make sure to make each ad seem unique so that you won't be removed for spamming. Use a throw away email address when doing this as the account will fill up with job applications. Good luck!
